NELPANDA does not cover return shipping costs. Please use your preferred carrier to return the items and provide the tracking number once the item is shipped.

We proudly guarantee that all of our silk-filled duvets are crafted from 100% pure and natural silk, ethically from the finest silk farms in China. Each stage of our production process undergoes rigorous inspection to ensure strict compliance with OEKO-TEX® standards, which confirms it is safe for babies.

Natural silk has a unique scent. While you might be concerned it's a chemical smell, please be assured it's the natural fragrance of silk, and our silk products are OEKO-TEX® certified, ensuring they are entirely safe, even for babies. The smell is strongest when you first open the product, which is due to it being packed in a sealed state.

After opening, the smell will largely dissipate over time until it's barely noticeable. If it bothers you significantly, air it out in a well-ventilated area for several days until the smell is gone.

Use of a duvet cover is recommended.

When using NELPANDA silk-filled duvets, we recommend using a duvet cover to protect the duvet. If you use a cover, the duvet will not need to be cleaned.

Simple maintenance

Silk is hypoallergenic as it repels dust mites that can cause allergic reactions. It also has excellent temperature regulating properties, allowing you to wake up feeling refreshed without excessive sweating. With proper care, you can use it for more than 10 years.

Drying in the shade is recommended.Air out regularly for up to 1 hour per side, away from direct sunlight.

Please refrain from dry cleaning, machine washing, or water washing at home.For small stains, wipe them off quickly with a damp cloth. If the stain has penetrated to the silk inside, hand wash only that part, paying close attention to it, using a little bit of lukewarm water (30℃-40℃).

If your silk-filled duvet gets wet, lay it flat and allow it to air dry naturally. Do not wring it or put it in a dryer.

Recommended storage methods

When not in use, store the silk-filled duvet in its accompanying drawstring bag in a cool, dry place. We do not recommend storing it in vacuum compression bags.

Enjoy it alone or layered

The ideal silk-filled duvet varies depending on the climate of your region, your home heating environment, and individual body temperature during sleep. Therefore, NELPANDA's Silk-filled Duvets are designed to be freely combined so everyone can enjoy them 365 days a year. With the included buttons, two duvets can easily become one.

For example, a lightweight silk-filled duvet is sufficient in warmer months. For the middle seasons of spring and autumn, combining two lightweight silk-filled duvets will provide comfortable use. In winter, use one lightweight silk-filled duvet combined with an all-season silk-filled duvet.

Our Fitted Sheets are designed to fit mattresses up to 16" deep, with 12"-16" being the best fit. If your mattress is any deeper or thinner than that, our Fitted Sheets might not be completely compatible with your mattress.

Yes! Our duvet cover features 8 YKK snaps, which is the best in the market, to keep our duvet in place to prevent any bunching/shifting.

Our duvet cover can be used with any comforter, but it is made specifically for our NELPANDA duvet insert as they are the exact same dimensions. If you plan on using our duvet cover with another brand’s comforter, please double check the dimensions to ensure it will fit properly.

• Avoid using fabric softeners & conditioners, as they can decrease towels’ absorbency over time
• Avoid contact with products containing benzoyl peroxide as they can cause permanent stains
